There also seems to be a van permanently parked in the middle of the road on the traffic island - even when I leave for work at about half 8. I am so glad I don't live at that end of London Street.

Also, the day after the roof collapse, one of the workmen's vans (there were four in total, all on the path) was completely blocking the pedestrian crossing that side of the road. You could have understood if it was needed to be in that place for some essential purpose, but it just appeared to be parked there.
